Peas

When I was in 6th grade, I learned about Punnent Squares and peas. Yellow peas? Fascinating. Unfortunately, I didn't go into the sciences, but yesterday was reminded of my 12-year-old fascination when Google celebrated Gregor Mendel's 189th birthday.

Here's to Gregor Mendel, the father of modern genetics.
