Spring!

Dinner tonight was yummy. Ryan and I tried to re-create the complete dinner I'd had with friends while I was in Washington. It wasn't half bad. And, it was all from scratch. Edamame hummus? I. think. so.

Greek Salad, Lemon-Garlic Chicken, Roasted Thyme Tomatoes, Sweet Potato Fries, Edamame Hummus 

It was light and fresh and the weather was incredible and it made me want to sit outside and eat it so badly! That's one of things I'm looking forward to most about our new townhouse: outdoor living space.

Either way, I just wanted to comment on how beautiful Provo is this time of year. BYU campus is in full bloom with flowering trees and tulips everywhere. Definitely my favorite time of year.
