Yesterday, as Ryan and I were walking out of the Tanner Building, we spotted...
...Elder Scott getting out of his car. I was totally star-struck and asked Ryan if we could ask him for a picture. He started talking to a student, so we waited to talk to him. In the meantime, two of our classmates joined us and I realized that asking for a picture was slightly childish, so when he was finished, he shook each of our hands, asked us how we enjoyed conference, and went on his way.
It's not everyday that you run into and meet an Apostle of the Lord. Neat, huh?

Elder Scott came to the MTC when I was there and waited a very long time in order to shake every missionary's hand. He gave one of the most amazing talks and you can see in his eyes that he is an apostle of the Lord. What a neat experience for you!
