Chocolate Chip Cookie
I had eaten one yesterday, and when I realized that my blood sugar was low, that is what I wanted. He asked me if I wanted his card to buy one, but I said that I had my card and that I would get one after my meeting.
Well, I went back to my meeting, and didn't really think anything about it. About 10 minutes later, Ryan shows up with a bag of Pepperidge Farm cookies. My first reaction was 'oh, those kind of cookies'! I felt soooo bad! I had been thinking about the freshly-baked cookies that they make here and had been so set on it, that I overlooked that My Boy--the most amazing man in the world--had bought me not only cookies, but milk to go with them!
It was a harsh realization that I often overlook the sweet, tender things that he does for me everyday. I am so grateful to be married to my best friend, and hope that he knows that I love him so much!

I totally watched him walk over near the table you were sitting at and look to see if you had a cookie yet. Then I saw him come back with cookies and milk and I was just like "AWWWW!" He's a keeper :)
Disclaimer: There were no more baked chocolate chip cookies left at the Blueline Deli. I had to get the other cookies.
