Friends Came to Washington!

The week before Ryan and I moved out of our apartment, Ryan's mission trainer, Ryan, and his wife, Becky, came to visit! It was a little stressful trying to plan everything from the airport transportation, bedding, and activities, but it turned out to be a very special visit! Thank you two for visiting!

When they came to visit, we were only telling close family about Baby Davies, but when they announced that they had a baby on the way as well, we told them too! It was such a nice surprise to have someone to talk about pregnancy and to compare symptoms and feelings!

Although they were only there for a night with us, we drove to the Washington, DC temple and did sealings. It was so nice to feel the peace and love of the Savior in the temple, even when we had been less than a week before. The temple is always a neat, special experience, and it was fun doing sealings with another young, newly-married couple.
